2021 End of Year Broadband Message

PearlComm Update:

As we approach our first-year anniversary of PearlComm Fiber’s creation, we would like to update you with the status for connecting customers.

We are preparing to begin connecting customers in our Foxworth area in January. Our initial goal was to begin service in the early fall, however due to construction supply issues and contract crews assisting with power restoration in neighboring states, we experienced unexpected delays.

In our Foxworth area, we are in the testing phase to make sure equipment works properly when we begin service next month. Once testing is done, we will be ready to bring high-speed fiber to this phase one area.

Please know that our employees are working hard to simultaneously oversee the building of our fiber network, while keeping your electric service operating seamlessly. We are as excited as you are to connect the first homes and businesses to world-class fiber internet!

Once we get past these early stages of our fiber build, we expect the connecting of customers to speed up dramatically. If you haven’t done so, please pre-register at PearlCommFiber.net so we can send you information when we begin connections in your area.
